1991 crew cab 4x4 hauler build

I just got a new to me V3500 Crew Cab 98k miles 5.7 4L80E 205 SRW it has the good clip silverado clip but base interior. I know the history pretty good, as I am the 3rd owner in the Service DEPT at the Dealership i work. Its big and grey, and is know as "the Whale". I'm a GM service advisor (former GM/ASE Master Tech) , plans included NNBS seat swap front and rear, and 6.0 ls(4bt???), and maybe a DRW conversion and a 2.5 inch lift. Maybe some 285/75R16 BFG AT if I stay SWR. 255/85r16 if i go DRW.

OK.. New radiator here... and I have a stall booked Sat to install (pin hole but.... well want it reliable first, then start swaping... and gotta love a dealership who let ya work on your own cars)

Might have an order at VPI... (Gm obsolete parts depot....) order hasnt confirmed yet.

I'm hoping to get the Rad in the Whale, and rad/bumper cover and alt in a 03 Saturn ION on Sat I bought to flip. If there is time... Plastic razor blades and a heat gun are going to town on the 90's vinyl graffics.

It's going to be a slow build but hey.. every little thing is a progression forward right?

i had to take a second look when i first saw this- it looks just like my truck when i bought it, except the graphics! nice find, i'll be watching to see what you do with it!
