Who rebuilds water pumps?
I have the original water pump off my 72 Big block and want to have it rebuilt. Any recomendations? I found a few places on the internet, but want to see what info you guys might have. Thanks

If you can find a mom and pop auto parts store they might still be able to send it off and have it rebuilt , i have seen this done before. it does'nt hurt to ask. or even the chain stores might do it i doubt it they just want to sell rebuilts

I've done a few myself. All you need is a shop press or access to one and a rebuild kit. Easy as pie! LOL
I just searched the net and found many articles or how to's on the subject. The rebuild kits I bought from a seller on ebay. I like doing my own stuff whenever possible.

NAPA will do it, I have sent in my SBC and BBC pumps for rebuild.

NAPA as mentioned. I had one done by CarQuest. Took about 10 days to turn around.
