Re: Wanted - LWB Big Block C10 Drive shaft

I have one and will get a pic posted today. I believe that the TH 400 yoke is the smaller outside diameter like the 69's with TH 400 had.

My carrier mount is like the one pictured so probably not what you are looking for.

Re: Wanted - LWB Big Block C10 Drive shaft

Thanks Jim, Lynnfields looks like what I need, TH400 yoke (Larger dia. than the 350 yoke), HD carrier correct mount but I am unsure of the rear shaft length and joint style being from a 3/4T Dana 60 leaf truck.

Any more info on yours.

I know there is a BB, 400, long 2pc, 12 bolt, coil driveshaft, so I was hoping to find one and NOT build one.

Any help on this would be great. (even some measurements so I know what to look for)

Re: Wanted - LWB Big Block C10 Drive shaft

It will b a couple of days before I can get some measurements as the shaft is stored so that I need help getting it down!

There are two yokes for the TH 400 trucks. One has a smaller od but the splines are the same. I thought the smaller one might be on some of the trucks possibly up to 72.

Re: Wanted - LWB Big Block C10 Drive shaft

Dave, I have one with crossmember and Turbo 400. I wasn't planning on parting with it, but for right now my truck is staying original with 3 on tree and 402 big block.

PM me if your interested.

Which rear end was in the donor truck?
What is the transmission's condition?
Where in Michigan are you located?

Thanks,

Wayne

Re: Wanted - LWB Big Block C10 Drive shaft

DAHOS,
I will check and see if I have the coil spring BB 1/2 ton DS from the Sierra I parted is still out there. I think its out there but I am almost positive the 2 piece shaft has a different carrier bering support. Ill get you a pic if its out there in the AM when I get off work.

Dahos:
The two on the right and the one on the left were on bb trucks I parted. If they will work let me know. I didn't mark them all so I can't be for sure on fitment.
