Arrow Help!!! Cab dimensions

I need cab dimensions from upper (inside door) lip to the bottom lip (floor or rocker panel lip) here is a pic.

I will prefer measurement from an un-restored cab

First line toward front of cab is 45"-1/2

2nd line is 45"- 5/8

Front to back center of door hinges is 34"-7/8

I got 45 13/16 up front and 45 5/8 on the back. My doors look taller up front too.

I'm picking up my cab tomorrow and could only rent a 5 foot wide trailer, which measures 51.5", so I'm guessing I'm not going to have a problem sliding it into the trailer sideways, right? Seems like I'll have enough room to have it sit on the floor of the trailer and strap it down.
