aftlertumbermarket lock and
so i bought a new lock and tumbler for my 7tumbler1 at oreillys. so i take and off the bezel that or retainer nut whatever in its called. put new tumbler in go to put ignition back in the dash and the damn bezel nut wont fit over new tumbler. is this common? should i take it back or just go to oreillys and see if they can order me the same brand bezel nut?

can you put it back together and then put the new lock in...try and see if it will work like that.

I have always installed the cylinder first then put the tubbler in after it's in the dash with the key.
