Could someone please ID this wheel? What are my hub cap options and will disc brakes fit behind them?

I see no clips or ears for dog dish so that means hub cap only. I drilled and tappped some holes in a set once to use various style rally center caps or smaller bullet types. Worked great. Dont know about disk brakes..it will depend on what they look like on the back. If possible just try them on something with disk.

great thanks. Looks like ill just go wheel vintiques when it comes time to put new shoes on it. Not a huge fan of full hub caps

what, exactly do you have (truck-wise)?

Since it's 6 lug, am assuming you have a K5/K10 if 71 or later - or - a C10/K10 if 67-70.

71-87 K5/K10 wheels are what you probably want to look for - they are 6 lug and fit disk brakes. Pre-71 wheels do not clear disks, different taper inside the inner part of the rim that interferes with the caliper. I'd scour a few junk yards before punting and going to wheel vintiques, or even advertise a WTB on the parts board here - I found a full set of 5 eventually in local yards, and they were only a few bucks, but it took a good bit of scrounging. Then you can spend the real money on powder coating them. Highly recommend work with a yard that will allow you to take em to a tire shop to rotate them and make sure they are "balanceable" first, otherwise, you're throwing money away. I bought "7 to make 5" by accident.... (i.e. I now have two great hose reel "volunteers"). Most yards will let you pay, then give you a few days to verify they can be balanced. Trire shops can mount em on the machine (with no tires) and give you an idea whether or not they are good to go.
