How hard was it to make your air filter box? I get making a cardboard template, but how did you do the metal work? Is it aluminum? Any pics of the inside? What intake pipe is that? Would like to do similar on mine. Thanks.

Its been a while now since i build that air box, I tried to make the sides all in one piece so i get a better seal unit. Its made out of stainless (i had kiking around ) I 'll get you a couple of pics from the inside in the next couple days. The pipe is part of a cold air induction kit for that engine i bought of ebay and then modifided it to fit.

Sorry it took so long, but i had the air filter box out today so i took some pictures. Hope this helps.
