The ST suffix shows up as it was in a "P10" VAN? 230 Cu In for 1966 and 1967 . ST code was not used in 1965 or 1968.

So you're saying it is a 230? Yea I was told the motor was replaced once before in the 70's but I figured it was a direct replacement, not a different vehicle type. Thanks 60-66
