License Plates...(CRE8APL8)
Hey guys, I wanted to give you an update on my posting: "Look what came in the mail".
The company I was dealing with is CRE8APL8, they say they make "100% original" license plates. I ordered a set of plates to replace the plates on my truck (with the same license number) @ $370.00+ for the pair. When I received the order one plate was different than the other and the font on both plates were not like the originals. I contacted the company both by phone and email. I thought everything was going to be taken care of. In an email they admitted their mistake and suggested some remedies I could engage in including having an artist fix the error on the plates or re-stamping one of the plates as soon as they got their dies back (from where I am unsure). When I asked them to stand by their promise to deliver "100% original" license plates and make me a correct replacement set of plates (and how long it would take) or I could return both plates for a refund, I received a scathing email I wish I could copy and paste the email here for all to see, however, the moderators would not allow it and would cancel my account. As you can imagine I was just a bit angry about the situation. In closing, due to my less than satisfactory experience with CRE8APL8 I will never do business with them again. Re: License Plates...
Doing a google search on the company shows a BBB rating of F and a lot of the same complaints that Randy had - poor quality and rude and vulgar communication.

File a claim with your CC company. You've got all the proof you need to get your money back.

Re: License Plates...
Once you get your moola back hit eBay. You can get a very, very, nice set of original DMV cleared plates for that kind of money.

Re: License Plates...(CRE8APL8)
Update: My credit card company came through and I received a refund. I would rather have had the plates that CRE8APL8 promised.
