I am trying to "liquidate" some parts from the "wanted not needed" collection in order to generate funds for the completion of my 72 build. Since this is for a 69-71 ruck that would mount to the cab instead of the windshield, I won't be using it on the 72.

The mirror portion of this is nearly perfect! There is no evidence of the silvering coming loose AT ALL. When I bought it, the back side of the mirror was pretty rough with fish eyes in the paint. I sanded it all the way to bare metal and primed it, then sprayed it gloss black. It is not perfect, but pretty nice now.

There are two slight pits on the mirror arm, but they are hardly noticeable.

The black boot is very nice as well.

Overall, I would rate this whole assembly about an 8.5 on a scale of 1-10, 10 being perfect.

In the last photo you can see how the metal was pitted some from surface rust. I suppose a little more meticulous prep work would remedy this. Here is another photo of the arm
