My 76 had one on it at one time back when it was my Dads.
He attached a rod the hood release that ran down to behind the bumper. There was a rubber pad on the end of that rod that you reached under the bumper and pushed up on to open the hood. Once you knew where it was you could also push up on it with the toe of your shoe. Posted via Mobile Device |
