checking trans fluid
Got a Th400 in the big dirty whats the "procedure" for checking the fluid 15 min run (to get it to operating temp) put it in neutral on flat solid ground?
just want to get a good reading that's all. Thanks Dru

just get to operating temp and Check it while in park is and flat surface is fine. I run through the gears once just as an extra thing. and each time I add fluid i run through the gears and wait for a few minutes for any fluid on the side of the tube to drain down so as not get a false reading. remember DONT overfill and use proper fluid as always!
