Re: Anyone ever run procomp mud terrains?

i've ridden in trucks with them they're quiet. Do expect a little hum about like bfg reg km's I've ran those before and until they're about 50% worn out they're pretty quiet but still a little hum.

Re: Anyone ever run procomp mud terrains?

I was told from the place I just ordered from about an hour ago they have been discontinued for about 6 months they knocked the price down to $199 a tire for 35x12.50x15's I thought it was a decent deal.

of course shipping was $19 a tire...total bill was $888 something.

Re: Anyone ever run procomp mud terrains?

I have them and like them. Very quiet. Good traction in wet/ice/snow too.

I would be shocked if you regret the pro comps.

Re: Anyone ever run procomp mud terrains?

I used to have a Jeep Wrangler and did alot of rock crawling. The guys that had them loved the traction, low sound, but the said they didn't last long as a DD.

I love my xtreme mt's. Decent ride, very low noise. And they look awsome! Definitely worth the price! I got them for $205/tire through discount.

Re: Anyone ever run procomp mud terrains?

They are crazy quiet! I was shocked when i first got them at how quiet they are! Previous to these tires i had a set of remington mud brutes that were LOUD and i expected these to be the same. They arent. They are the quietest mud tire i have ever had.

FYI, those pics are from a few weeks ago. I bought these tires in 06. They have about 15k miles on them.

Re: Anyone ever run procomp mud terrains?

Yes, 4" suspension and 2" body and they are 35"s. Hopefully I'll be done with the project in the next few months once I get it out of storage. All we need is to have it finally stop snowing here in Wisconsin.... it's mid-April for god sake !!!
