Junkyard GMC longstep

I passed a junkyard the other day and saw this truck. So I called the place and we worked a deal on it. I really like the longbed stepsides. The truck has the wrong grille in it, it is a 76 sierra.

I have a heart transplant planned that I will make a project thread about. I am not going to change anything else about it. Let me know what you think.

Where do they hide that build sheet on these trucks?

Yes the longbed stepside trucks are not very common here. This is only the second longbed step square that I have seen in person. I was not going to let this one go to china!

The option sticker is in the glovebox. A lot of times they are lost though. This one was in the truck only because it has a bracket covering part of the sticker that has held it in place.

Thanks for saving another square!!! I love it when people take something that is destined for the crusher and bring it back to life! Looks like a nice start to a new project.
