I use the Original Stock Tail lights
Not big on Custom

I adapted these lenses to fit the stock style light housing on my '59. I bought the lenses off ebay, I think they are for later year chevy trucks.

I am going to use stock style 47-53 with blue dots. and maybe make some staim less mounts.

Custom made by a guy in tx. About half the price of watsons, and made to length I wanted and divided into 4 sections, I can get his number if you are really interested...

be carefull if your going to have it as a daily driver with those blue/purple dot lights. i was talking to the local sheriff and he said that anything like that would get me stopped repeatedly and ticketed. Thats in iowa and missouri from the police ive talked to. want to make sure its legal and all but thats just my .02 cents and they might not be where you are at

Thanks for the warning. I had at least two cops tail me over the last couple of months and they didn't pull me over, and it was at night. We'll just wait and see I guess.

They aren't legal here but the cops don't bother anybody that has them.

Repro 50 Pontiac tail lights and an aftermarket rolled pan that was available at the time I needed one. Didnt have the number plate cut out, but I reckon it tidied up the rear of the truck somewhat.

I like the bullet looking 39 chevy ones inset into the stake pockets. I know what you mean about the blue dots. I had them in my slammed 69 chevy truck maybe 18 years ago. I got pulled over and it cost me $100, the cop was a total azz about to. Then he asked me about my truck setting a little low. I told no it was not. I think because I was young he was just harassing me. I was doing nothing wrong. I knew I did something when I saw him behind me putting on his hat. Then came the lights.

he will custom make the leds any way you want. i have mine...in 4 sections, that way, blink on left and rt, all onbrite for brake, also had him make a 6" for 3rd lite below rear window..price was great...
