Looks interesting, but it is not a '62 GMC. It is actually a '64 Chevy. Most likely a C-50.

No 396 was available. The 366 Big Block was available for the first time in what I believe was '66.
It's either a non-original engine or he is possibly mis-labeling it. Bill
