cant catch a break!!

I recently had an issue with a buy off craigslist where the guy was completely ignoring me. I emailed him his home address (he didnt know I had it because we met somewhere else). He responded right away and made good on a return. Sometimes you have to be an asshole. Or small claims court!

That's what we did, met up at a store then took me to the lot where he has all his trucks. I dont know if I can do the small court thing since he didn't put anything regarding the warranty but at the same thing he didn't write down it didn't have one.

Sometimes a threat of small claims court is enough. I would start with posting a bad review on yelp/google/etc and let him know you will continue to do so until he resolves the situation.

My issue with a craigslist sale was for 200 bucks and I did my best to make the dude suffer based on principle hahah
