A little suspension help!

Hey guys I just got done lowering the front of my truck now it's time for the back I'm going to purchase 5" drop springs and my question is do I need to buy shock relocation brackets and drop shocks or is it a one or the other kinda thing???

Anything 3 inches or more I believe is the rule. To correct shock angle.
