Hey Guys,

I have been building a Chevrolet winch truck that's lifted on 35's the past couple of years and I want the truck for work but also to be pretty. I have been looking at speedliner to spray on my flatbed and the local guy in town here gives the option of clear coat over the top for more show like applications... I was wondering if anyone has used this and if they have had problems with the any pealing or fading. Thanks any input would be greatly appreciated.

I have only used Line-X and they offer a UV protector that is an additive,not top coat. I am not a fan of clear coat. I see it as adding an extra layer to eff up even when the paint/coating is just fine. I see it here as a top coat to be damaged that defeats the purpose of the bedliner. Bedliner can be gouged,but the color doesn't scratch off. My Line-x kept a nice low gloss sheen for years. I'm a contractor and this was on the truck I used every day.
