Which trans are you using? Sure the tourqe converter is not pushed through the pump from not being all the way in while being installed?

You got metal in the trans pan? Does it still make the same noise in nuetral as it does in park etc? Each gear always the same noise?
i'm going to drop the pan today and check. It does sound the same in every gear.

I'm using the 4L60E, I never took it part. Just how i got it i installed it, since the seller asked me not to open anything up incase there was something wrong.

The bastard called me at 2:30am, i wonder if he was drunk and pissed off because i told him i was going to take him to court or maybe he saw my post on CL.
