72 Door Hinge Pin Bushings
I am flying to the States next week and need to track down the pins and bushings for the 72 hinges. Are the Dorman generic GM correct?

Re: 72 Door Hinge Pin Bushings
I have used Dorman kits before and outside of the pins being a little long they
worked well. I use a cut off wheel to make them the right length. I have run into a lot of original pins that are still in good shape if you can get them out. The original plastic bushings have the most wear so the pins are good sometimes. Jim

Re: 72 Door Hinge Pin Bushings
What states are you going to visit? If you plan to drive through Salt Lake on your way to Vegas or Cali, I could probably take you to a few junk yards and we could probably find what you need
I love Italy by the way. I spent some time in Florence a few years ago. Posted via Mobile Device |
