Unexpected Find at Early Ford V8 Sales- Nice '66 C10
We're restoring a '66 F100 at work so I went to pick up an order of parts from Early Ford V8 Sales in Easley SC this morning. Wasn't expecting to find a nice C10 while I was there! It's a '66 long/fleet BBW with the original 283 and three speed, original wood in the bed, and an all original interior other than the added carpet. Also had both Z61 and Z62 option groups. It's very complete with only a few non-stock changes (aftermarket A/C from Sears, speakers in the door, carpet). It had signs of being repainted a long time ago but it's held up well. They are going to sell it and are asking 10K if anyone is interested.

very nice truck. Love the color, condition, options. Not sure what the two sets of four bolt heads are on the driver side of the bed are though.

Are those gauges mounted in the dash under the econ heater and the blank plate? So nice to see a truck in this good of shape. Wish I had $10K and lived closer. It would save me years of rust repair on my 66.

Yes, I'm not sure what type of gauges they were though.

I always viewed a long bed being a plus ....

Re: Unexpected Find at Early Ford V8 Sales- Nice '66 C10
The way those trucks are starting to climb in value, I'd say it's would be a 10K truck IF there was a little more detail work done under the hood.
Like the truck a lot!! It appears to have never been abused in it's lifetime.
