Introducing myself on the 73-87 block.

Hello everyone,i"ve been on the 60-66 forum a while and i recently sold my 62 and purchased a 76 3/4t 4x4 which will be more useful for catching up on yard work and for winter use along with perhaps a show or two this summer.this truck has had a partial restoration with new body work and paint along with new rims and tires and a new interior along with a line-x bedliner with a tool box all performed about 8 months ago.

It will be interesting and fun meeting new people here.since everyone always likes to see pictures here are a few.

Kent.

Re: Introducing myself on the 73-87 block.

At first glance I thought it was two tone in the first pic. It is just the other trucks paint reflecting off of it.

Thank you! it was fun on the other site also.this truck was a 2 year build and raffled off last fall.i had purchased several tickets for it with no luck so when the women that won it listed it for sale i had to have it.the truck is really nothing fancy but a lot of items on this truck are new or reproduction and it's some what old so that's always cool.

you know i hav'nt seen one either.the bumper is slanted a bit so i'll have to shim it upwards.

Thankyou for the welcome! i always have a hard time getting the light right with this color.the job on the color sanding was incredible and the truck actually looks better than my pictures.

Well i generally favor the 2wd"s and on the other hand i've had so many 4x4's through the years.our yard is at the base of the mountain so it's a pretty steep climb in the winter.
