what steel piping can be used in place of flexible air line on airide

I have a delema I have a tight spot on my trucks air setup on the front of my truck. Can I use metal plumbing pipe from the airbag to the side of the frame a total if 10inches or is the airpressure to much for the pipe. Copper line to soft?

There was a post about this before but can't find it now. Someone used some metal tubing from summit another used copper tubing. I believe the copper drawbacks was after vibration it hardened n cracked after awhile. Maybe someone can locate that post for you.
