86 c10 lowering question

i want to lower my truck with a 2/4 kit but do not know which one . any ideas? also ,, it looks like the shackles would hit the bed brace . am i looking at this wrong . how easy is this to do ? i need a kit with good instructions lol. thanks in advance guys.

If you want to do 4 in the rear the shackles and hanger kit will be your best bet... The shackles are easy to install but you have to notch the bed brace. The hangers are the biggest pain in the arse though. You need to get the factory rivets off. I went with this approach and I am satisfied with it.

Ditto. Check out my pics for details on my 1986 GMC Sierra Classic: 2.5" drop front spindles and 4" drop rear hangers and shackles.
