Stand alone 4l80e worth it
Hey all, I just got a line on an 4l80e with the stand alone computer for $300. So my question is, is it worth it I will be putting it behind a 6.2l DD J code engine. Will be for my blazer, eventually to be a daily driver. What other overdrive option would work if this will not?

Re: Stand alone 4l80e worth it
Any opinions or experience with a 4l80e for a 72 Blazer? The tranny is from a military vehicle and was originally behind a diesel, I would love to have an overdrive, but not to sure if it will work out. Thanks.
