WHAT IS THIS ...THAT IS CIRCLED GUYS.....

i just got a big hole there on mine......
i need that rubber gromet that fills that hole

The rubber grommet that goes thru that hole is part of the wiring harness for the rear lights .

also make's it a bit drafty on the old crotch area
