ideal mounting points for upper a-arms
Ok I was thinking about possibly changing my upper a- arm inner mount locations. I am running tubular uppers and my alignment is good. A guess would be to lower them a little since tall ball joints are not available.
Instead of being level like the lowers they are of course are set at different heights. has any analysis been done to determine if a different height is better. Just thinking as I read about the suspensions. Posted via Mobile Device

Re: ideal mounting points for upper a-arms
I am going to look at some of the available software to see if I can model the front suspension and see if it shows any benefits to changing these upper locations. Since we all lower these trucks and sometimes add wider shorter tires I know there is room for change. I am sure the performance cross members available have made appropriate changes I cant spend the money of a pre built system so I was hoping to correct some of this using some stock and aftermarket parts.
