Did you find your problem? I am having issues and i just checked the vacuum on the solenoid valve. It will not hold vacuum and it sounds like a small whoopi cushion. If I understand the chart, this part is bad.

I hate to spend another 50$ for the solenoid if I am misunderstanding the chart.
