Steering Box Pitman Arm Nut - 1956 Chevrolet
I just installed an original column I got from Craigslist on my 56' 3600 and have a few questions:
1.) Where can I get the pitman arm nut (as show below) and what size is it? 2.) What size bolts should I use for the box? I used old bumper bolts to hold it on there but would like to know the real size if possible. 3.) Did heavier 56's usually have the turn signal bucket? The guy who sold me the column gave me the bucket and drop. Thank you in advance for any help or links. |

Re: Steering Box Pitman Arm Nut - 1956 Chevrolet
Come to find out it is the same size as my trifive car pitman nut. I was lucky enough to have an extra one here at the house!
