Got a new Air Cleaner... I like it. :)

Just got my new K&N Air Cleaner top plate in the mail and think it looks pretty cool. Don't know if it will really makes a difference or not with air flow but its neat looking.

I agree, it looks very nice. The engine compartment is my favorite part of any vehicle and you should be proud to open your hood.

By the way, the lid does help with air but I don't think it is a huge difference.

Looks good! I'd really like to get a picture of the brackets you are using for the a/c and alternator - looks like the same ones I'm looking at buying.

The engine compartment looks great - I like the air cleaner setup, very clean. Just curious where you got your brake master cylinder setup from? I want to replace mine and like the look of yours.

As we live thru others, please keep posting pics.

Thanks,

KellerMac

Will do, I just pulled off the alternator and the brackets are off but will snap a pic when I get them back on.

Or you are close enough you can just stop by the house.

I ordered it thru CPP (Classic Performance Parts) out of Cali. Great guys to deal with on the phone when I had some questions.

Just remember to keep that K&N clean. I also would switch to a paper filter if you drive through much dust/wind storms/etc.

Re: Got a new Air Cleaner... I like it. :)

K and N filters are made for dusty conditions. Oil soaked fibers will trap a lot more dust and dirt than a dry piece of paper.

Engine compartment looks great!
