new compression results

I replaced no. 6 and 5 intake push rods reset valve lash on everything dry comp. test is around 180 on everything 160 0n 6 an 5. up about 30 psi on 6 an 5 from 130. should I put the intake back on and give it a shot, or try and bring it closer. I don't think 20 psi is to bad, but i'd like your input. thank you guys for your help.

Why did you start a new thread it just confuses the issue about where you stand and what has been done?

Where to go from here depends on what you expect.
Like we said a leakdown test would be my next step.
A borescope might help too especially with the intake off.
One thing I am having trouble understanding is why you think a bent pushrod is a casual problem and does not require invasive inspection. Something bent those push rods. Mechanical contact, mechanical bind or hydraulic lock none are good.

Bolting it back together may very well result in additional engine damage.

So how are you running these compression tests?
Are you using a battery booster/charger to keep the cranking speed up?
Are you spinning the motor 8 to 10 compression strokes per cylinder?
Did you have the throttle full open on your baseline tests?
Did you try a wet compression test as a follow up to your rework?

BTW A leakdown test involves a fairly simple tool but needs very good gauges for accurate results. Basically with both valve closed at TDC a calibrate air pressure, say 100psig is blown into the cylinder with a spark plug fitting. Then an attached gauge shows the pressure in the cylinder so 95 psig reading would be a 5% leakage. If the valves or rings are leaking it can often be heard through the exhaust, intake or PCV port making diagnosis very confident.
