Curt T connector 55311, does this fit a 70 C-20? - The 1947 - Present Chevrolet & GMC Truck Message Board Network

I want to buy this t connector for my 70 Chevy c 20. Lmc says it will fit, however every website including Curt manufacturing says it won't... anyone use this on a 70? Or even 67_72? Lmc has it in there catalog saying 67_72

Here's one from Hopkins that says it fits 68-84. Looks the same as the Curt, and if the Curt fits 73-84 than it appears it, too, would work.

I used the Hopkins one on my 72.
