72 C10 P/S hose were are you

Hey guys, I am new on here and in need of some suggestions, I have a 72 C10 deluxe, 402BB with factory air, I am replacing some things and one of them being a High pressure steering hose and i can not find the original style anywere. The one that was on it when I got it was something homemade ( and not very well) that should have been the first clue this was going to be a hunt. Even if someone knows were i can get an old bad one just so I can get one made, any ideas would be great, Thanks

Might check out rockauto.com, they have some. They might be the ones you need.

You will not find one at any parts store, as they are no longer produced. Luckily board vendor Pickmup has them made by a hose shop and sells them here on the parts board on occasion. Send him a PM and ask him if he has any in stock right now.

I bought mine from http://www.classicparts.com/1967-197...departments/7/ and the fit was perfect. I bought the low pressure line as well.
I've also had great luck with Auto Zone getting hard to find parts, though usually not in stock, they have them the next day for you

The correct pressure hose for a big block is no longer produced, you will not find them anywhere, period. Regardless of what any parts store tells you or has in stock, it is not the correct hose. You can bend/modify a small block hose to work, but it is a tight fit
