It makes it harder for track your way back to your truck... but it won't hurt so much.

You might have guessed already - gave the steering wheel a real hard tug, then a bump, then a REAL hard tug. Then the bridge of my nose started leaking. Hey, at least it wasn't my teeth.

You forgot a step.......thread the nut back onto the shaft a turn or two before yanking on the wheel. That keeps all the sticky wet stuff inside your nose.

Keep in mind, I'm not throwing stones. In my case, I split my forehead, but same deal.

I remember walking around the shop in a daze with that funny metallic taste in my mouth that you get when you really ring your bell good.

Ouch! I was lucky enough to learn from watching a good friend of mine pull the wheel off his 55 truck. Broke his nose, but we all have put a little blood in our trucks.
