suggestions-metal container to haul in bed that won't look out of place
I'm looking for suggestions for a container that I could haul in my bed at all times to hide a fuel filler near the rear stake pocket. I saw someone mentioned an old jerry can in another thread. Anymore ideas? I basically want to run a fill pipe up from the floor and place the container around the pipe to stealth it. Looking for someone vintage-esque.

Cut the bottom out of an old ammo can.
The type with the tension lock. Leave a narrow flange in the bottom and screw it down so it looks like its just sitting there. Flip lid to access fuel fill.

This is funny only because I've disguised things in the past. I had a convertable vw rabbit. I kept my things in an old beat up vacuum cleaner. It looked like total crap but from that experience I learned that nobody want a beat up ugly vacuum cleaner.
You could use a bunch of things. Old coffee can etc... I like that ammo box idea. Spare tire? Be creative and go with what you like. Posted via Mobile Device

A left rear mount spare on a custom mount with the fill pipe 90* coming through the center of the tire.
