It's more trouble than it's worth to me. I think if I did get it out I wouldn't never get it back in. I just cut my pins out and took the hinge that bolts to the door off. Need to replace pins anyway.
What does the s shape rod do? My driver side is broke off, but it shut better than the other door. Can I just leave the s shape rod/spring off? It don't seem to be doing much to me.
