Re: custom low budget guage build

Thanks Steel Horse. An easy search and you have exactly what I was looking for. I have a 98 Trans AM donating its kidneys, heart, lungs and liver to my 66 one ton. So I need all the cool drive by wire stuff. Why reinvent the wheel. I've already checked to insure that the T/A cluster will fit in the physical space.

Now this is my suggestion. Rig up switches on the Lokar (?) shifter for each gear stop. Run LED's behind the gear letters on the cluster. LED's are free in every junk DVD/CD/radio etc in the dump. Lots of free switches there also.

But you probably didn't need another project though, did you?

PM sent.

Dave.
