Scam Warning! Partzsurplus
There has been a recent explosion of scamming going on from Frank Cummings, a owner of a so-called company called Partzsurplus. He has been taking out ad space on car websites and posting ads in forums. He will take your money! He has posted on corvette forums, Chevelles.com, and he's popping up on other forums. He posts ads for a week, and then vanishes.
