Had a good day at u pull it
I got up this morning and was going to get my in laws ranger back from my brother in law but that fell through so I headed to u pull it instead. Pretty glad I did. Plenty of squares around today. There are two lots the first one had a 78 swb 2wd silverado got the grille mouldings to get my grille on the 77 trimmed out and the hood side of the hood latch. A 79 suburban donated its marker lights to my 78 crew cab and some other misc small stuff. Headed to the second lot and got really lucky there. There was a 90 suburban 2wd that had damage clear done the right side but was super clean. Opened the doors and looked like new just dirty with manual windows. I took all four door panels for crew cab project. Since the truck looked always garaged the weatherstripping on the vent windows was like new looking and soft yet. So I pulled them for my 77 along with the electronic cluster with lower miles for my ls swap in my 77. Last but not least a 78 suburban had a really nice window cranks in the back doors so they are headed to my 77 also. So it was well worth the time today.
