No, it's K.A.R.R. (Knight Automated Roving Robot), the evil twin of K.I.T.T. (Knight Industries Two Thousand). K.A.R.R. appeared in 2 episodes and, according to the storyline, was actually the prototype version of K.I.T.T.

I already had K.I.T.T., though I need a second copy so I can open one.
