Thanks Coach. I didn't mean to come off sounding like a 'hole.

Your work looks a LOT better than someone "just learnin" to me. I couldn't do it....add it to the list of things I can't do yet. lol.

Didn't sounds like a "Hole" at all Dan!!

Dan, the 3600 frames are 10 inches narrower than a 1/2 ton AD or TF truck. That may be throwing off the tire to leaf thing you are wondering about.

Oh, ok I didn't know that. I know little about the A.D. trucks -as is apparent.

I just didn't want to see Coach get it all dialed-in only to have stress cracks (or worse!) after he got it back down on its wheels. I meant to be helpful but when I went back and re-read it I thought I sounded critical. The LAST thing I'm qualified to be of anyone else's fab work.

I wonder WHY the bigger trucks have a narrower frame? My only idea is the same frame served double duty as the frame for a dually A.D. back when they were new??
