Wiper / Headlight switch bezels
Does anyone happen to know what the threads are on these?
I'm installing a PTO control cable and I'm wondering if I can thread the factory bezel on the control cable end for a cleaner installed look. The cable has a 3/8-24 thread, which I understand to be pretty common to most aftermarket switches and seems about right for ours from looking at them but I've never checked.

Re: Wiper / Headlight switch bezels
I tried it out tonight - I can tell you that the bezel will thread onto the cable a few turns, the cable nut did not want to thread on the switch, though. They're close, that's for sure! It will definitely work for what I wanted to do. Now if only I could get the darn cables to move freely... they were out of doors a long time

Re: Wiper / Headlight switch bezels
Just a quick toss together to give you an idea of what I'm looking at - I'm going to have to find some thinner jam nuts for the PTO cable to mount to the dash metal, though. Either way, I'm going to utilize the lower mount point on each side for one of the controls. I though about moving the wipers over to the '67 position and having both PTO cables on the one side, but the wiper motor is in the way of the upper cable fitting properly
