62 - What 4-Way Switch Do I Need?

So the problem I am experiencing is that my Driver's front blinker lights up when I step on the brake, and my signals do not blink. I know that I need a new 4-way flasher, but when I was looking for a replacement I found many different flashers available.

Anyone familiar with a 62 4-way flasher I should use?

Probably not the flasher, but rather the turn signal switch , itself may be malfunctioning.

Do you have an original steering column?

Yes, I have the original column. I'll have to pull the wheel and check to see if the cam even has the contacts. If the switch is bad, it will cause the overflow of electricity from the brake switch also?

Re: 62 - What 4-Way Switch Do I Need?

Alot of guys with more experience than me have been able to clean up these switch when they start to not work correctly. I remember someone recently has having trouble finding the correct parts for the 62-63 column. I have a good switch for a 63 bu tthe cancelling part is broken. electrically it works great. It has the metal housing, not all plastic. Once you get the wheel off, take a couple pics and some of the guys can help identify which switch you have for sure.
PM me if you are interested in this switch, I really do not need it, I don't use stock columns.
