early or late 1970

I'm swapping to 5-lug and need to figure out if my 1970 had the early or late 1970 rear end so I can swap the axles to 5-lug.
Can someone tell me what the measurement is for the later70 rear end?

57" backing plate-to backing plate is the later rearend.
