4. 1972 Chevrolet Trucks- Light duty models ; interesting side note the original person to pick up this brochure or possibly dealer hand wrote the prices of a v8 k10 1/2 $5660 and a v8 k20 3/4 ton $5814.
5. 1971 Chevrolet Pickups - chassis cabs and 4 wheel drives

Does #4 have the interior trim representations like #1 or is it just the fold out as pictured?

#4 is 20 pages long. A very nice brochure . It includes the interior representations ( here is a couple pictures of it )plus it covers suburbans, blazers , el camino and vegas.
