Burb Roof
The 63 I just bought has a jacked up motorhome style sunroof in it. Would the best thing to do is find a donor and patch just the opening or cut more and go drip rail to drip rail with the piece? Or keep the sunroof and update it.

the sub/panel had a slightly taller roof (above the drip rail) than the pickup, however you should be able to use part of a truck roof for your patch, a pic of what you have might help us make better suggestions.

I think the roof panel/skin is the same, it is just the frame work around the windshield that is different.

Mine had a leaking 70's sunroof. I took the whole top off and spliced in the pillars. that piece of padresags would be ideal. there is less inches of metal to weld and the all the corners reduce warpage. I did my whole roof in a weekend.
