Help! Drivability

My 1991 suburban sat for nine months while I had major health health issues,
Over the winter the heater core began to leak, replaced the core last week, thursday I was allowed to drive for the first time in nine months and half way to my job it started sputtering.
It sputtered under load, over the last few days the sputter has gotten worse.
Today I replaced the fuel filter, fuel pump, plugs and wires all because tune up was necessary or a hunch in the case of the pump.
No change!
I took the burb to a local garage and had it hooked to a scanner, no codes and all sensors are functioning.
The main vacuum line was in poor condition so I replaced it and nothing changed.
Has anyone else been down this road?
Any suggestions?
I need her for work, and after being off for nine months I need to work bad!
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Keith

I thought of that , it was low so it was filled with fresh gas.
Thanks for the suggestion

In 9 months fuel can go bad so drive it a little bit longer see if the fresh gas in it makes any difference at all.If that don't fix it then its something odd which can be fun to figure out sometimes.

Re: Help! Drivability

I had issues with the injectors on my 87 TBI setup, It also sat for about 12 months. Usually I will install some fuel stabilizer, but didn't this time.

My personal theory on my truck was the ethanol in the fuel nowadays separates out during long periods of sitting causing fuel system problems.

I was lucky and had another known good throttle body with injectors, ran OK after the swap.

If you are sure the ignition( Plugs. Dist Cap, Rotor, and Wires ) are good my try some fuel injection cleaner or seafoam to the fuel.
