327 fuel pump
I need to replace my fuel pump. From the engine code (T03I8HC) I believe its a 1965, 327. I hope I got it right. The "T" is for Tonawanda not sure what kind of car it came out of. The local auto parts stores are not sure what to sell me so I was looking at fuel pump from either classic parts http://www.classicparts.com/1963-66-.../#.Uao9SxEo6X8 or a universal holley small block pump. http://www.holley.com/12-834.asp Both are kind of pricey or the price has gone up on them since the last time I bought one. Anyone else buy one recently?

Re: 327 fuel pump
Just buy a regular small block mechanical pump at your local parts store. ACDELCO Part # 40018 or whatever interchanges.

Re: 327 fuel pump
Back in the day when I was working at the auto parts store the number used to be stamped in the mounting flange, if it's an older pump it should have it stamped on it, may not be on replacements these days though.
