Hub Piloted Wheel On Stud Piloted Hub???

I am looking at all the possibilities for new wheels for my dually. I am changing out the 71 spindles, rotors and diff for for a 81 front and rear because the 71 front brakes are NLA and a 3.73 14 bolt for drivability. My choices are used 19.5 step van, new Ultra 16s or used ALCOAs. Everything is obvious except the hub pilot question. I can get hub piloted wheels with the same stud size but larger hub hole.

Will this work or is it a nightmare?
